Order Cancellations & Refunds Before Delivery
Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. A cancellation fee of 5% of the total order value will apply to all cancellations.
Refund Policy (Before Delivery): Returns and refunds are only accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Once the delivery time has passed, cancellations and returns are no longer possible.
Exchanges After Delivery If you receive an item that is damaged, expired, defective, missing, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue according to the following policies:

Customers have 2 hour after delivery to report and request a replacement for any damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Our exchange policy is valid for 2 hours from the time your order is delivered to your villa.

After 2 hours, we are unable to offer an exchange due to perishable item policies and local consumer protection laws.

ALL EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING to ensure proper documentation.

Refund Processing Times:

Refunds to PayPal or Credit Card may take 15 to 21 days, depending on our third-party payment processing partners.

Refunds via virtual gift card will be processed within 24 to 72 hours for faster resolution.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items Due to Mexican health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
