Refunds Before Delivery

Order Cancellation:

  • Customers may cancel their order 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • A cancellation fee of 5% of the total order value will apply to all cancellations.

Refund Policy:

  • Returns are only accepted 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • Once the delivery time has passed, cancellations and returns are no longer possible.

Refunds or Exchanges After Delivery 

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged, expired, defective, missing, or incorrect, please note the following:

  • Our refund and returns policy is valid for 24 hours from the time your order is delivered to your villa. After 24 hours, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
  • ALL REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE IN WRITING 
  • If you experience any issues with your delivery, please email your property manager directly or email our office at Support@CaboDabo.com for assistance.
  • If your order qualifies for a refund, we will process it for the value of the product. You may choose to have the refund applied to your original payment method or receive it as a virtual gift card.

Refund Processing Times:

  • Refunds to PayPal or Credit Card may take 15 to 21 days, depending on processing times with our third-party payment partners.
  • Refunds via virtual gift card will be processed within 24 to 72 hours.
