Description
Bodega: Monte Xanic.
Ageing: 18 months in French oak barrels and at least 24 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes:
- Appearance: Deep red wine with garnet red edges and violet reflections.
- Nose: It has an elegant aroma of fruits reminiscent of currant, liquorice and plum. It highlights a nuance of fine wood and sweet spices.
- Palate: Intense black fruits with ripe, fleshy tannins are perceived, a vibrant acidity stands out with a long, warm finish.
Pairing: Cuts of meat, rack of lamb, duck and mild cheeses.
Tasting temperature : 16 – 18°C.
