Crafted exclusively from 100% Verdejo grapes sourced from vineyards over 15 years old, this white wine embodies the perfect balance of tradition and modern winemaking techniques. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve their freshness, followed by cold maceration and fermentation, with aging on fine lees for approximately three months to enhance complexity and body.
